On the day, the team arrived in good time and worked cheerfully, carefully and efficiently. Loading was completed in good order despite very challenging weather. Unloading was done to our direction, safely and swiftly, with no mishaps. Really good impression initially getting around to our old house to provide an accurate quote. Given we left it late, Joe was accomodating on this. Nothing seemed too much trouble, which we liked. Then on move day Joe and his team arrived before the agreed start time and starting loading. They were careful (nothing got damaged!), friendly, good communicators and efficient. On arriving at the new property, the team focused on the garage and garden stuff initially, giving us time for a hoover round, which was very considerate. They then asked us where we wanted things and at the end asked us to have a look around and make sure nothing else needed moving. When Joe and his team arrived on moving day they could not have worked harder, been more helpful or taken any greater care with our furniture. Before being placed in the moving lorry, items were carefully moved and, where necessary, wrapped in moving blankets. Any furniture which had to be taken apart was undertaken with the utmost care. On arrival at out new house, the team swiftly unpacked the lorry, assembled the furniture and placed boxes in the appropriate rooms. The whole moving day experience was made considerably less stressful with the professionalism and helpfulness of Joe and his team, They provided outstanding service from start to finish.
